Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. We provide automotive repair and maintenance services to the best of our ability using qualified technicians and quality parts.

Estimates and Authorization

• All estimates are valid for 30 days
• We will contact you for authorization before performing work that exceeds the estimate by more than 10%
• You are responsible for authorizing all repairs

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards
• A service charge may apply to returned payments
• Unpaid accounts may be subject to collection and interest charges

Appointments and Cancellations

• Please provide 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
• We reserve the right to charge a fee for no-shows or late cancellations without notice

Warranties

• Parts and labor are warranted according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Warranty periods vary by service and will be specified on your invoice
• Warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Liability

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal items left in vehicles
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information
• Removing valuables from your vehicle
• Picking up your vehicle within 7 days of completion (storage fees may apply)

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of British Columbia. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
